About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Internal Sales Representative to join our growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building strong relationships with customers while driving sales performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively contact new and existing customers via phone, email, and online channels
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products or services
- Generate and follow up on sales leads and quotations
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system
- Work closely with external sales teams and other departments to ensure excellent customer service
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets
- Handle inbound enquiries and convert them into sales opportunities
Requirements
- Proven experience in a sales, telesales, or customer service role
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Target-driven with a proactive and positive attitude
- Ability to build rapport quickly with customers
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail
- Experience using CRM systems (preferred but not essential)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
