I am thrilled to be working with this client in the retail manufacturing sector looking for a Marketing Manager to join their team. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for one direct report, meaning a lot of autonomy comes with this role. This is an incredibly exciting time to join as a new marketing strategy is being rolled out to drive new growth and reach. This family owned business is market leading in what they do, so if you are a Marketing Manager looking for a challenge where you can get stuck in and continue to grow the marketing team, then this is the role for you!

Key deliverables of the role:

• Delivering on the strategy outlined by the Marketing Director
• Performing across omnichannel digital and traditional platforms including print, website, social media channels, email
• PR responsibilities- long and short form content, managing relationships with media and press, copywriting
• Manage and grow a marketing team in alignment with the strategy
• Continuing to improve the organic growth of the company, with potential to incorporate paid advertising in the future

The ideal candidate:

• Experience in a broad marketing manager role- covering all aspects of digital and traditional marketing
• Experience in delivering on PR duties
• Management experience of at least 1 person is desirable
• B2B experience is desired, but relevant B2C experience is also accepted
• A passionate individual who isn't afraid of a challenge
