Job Description

Role: Marketing Manager

Contract: Full-time, Permanent

Location: Northamptonshire

Salary: £40,000 to £50,000 per annum

Macildowie are working with an established business based in Northamptonshire who are looking to recruit an experienced Marketing Manager. The role will support all of the Marketing activities to generate leads and raise brand awareness.

Responsibilities:

  • Implement the Marketing plan and track results
  • Work with Sales Team to launch new products
  • Actively support and take ownership of campaigns from start to finish as required, coordinating communications with other departments and partners, to help deliver strategic growth.
  • Organise events such as exhibitions; researching the cost, arranging logistics, exhibit displays and presentations. Attendance at meetings/conferences/exhibitions as required
  • Ensure that internal and external documents, promotional material
  • Carry out strategic market business research in the industry
  • Regularly present findings/projections in report format to an excellent standard.
  • Suggest ways in which to increase the quality and impact of local Marketing/Advertising that are aligned with the company's strategic objectives

About the candidate:

  • Previous work experience in Marketing, preferably in a company that has B2B product sales with online presence
  • Experience with email marketing and LinkedIn/Social media content management is beneficial
  • Advanced level Microsoft Excel, Word and Powerpoint
  • Experience with Photoshop, Adobe, Word Press or equivalent
  • Managing/Administrating databases
  • Very good level of written English grammar
  • Excellent report writing skills
  • Confident communicator; ability to work with different levels of internal and external customers
  • Positive, self-motivated, helpful attitude
