Job Description

Macildowe are working with an established Email Marketing Executive. We are seeking a talented Email Marketing Specialist to drive email campaigns and engage their audience through strategic and impactful communication.

As an Email Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for creating, executing, and optimising our email marketing strategies to enhance customer engagement, retention, and conversion. Your expertise will contribute to expanding brand presence and driving measurable results through targeted email campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and manage end-to-end email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, content creation, scheduling, and analysis.
  • Craft compelling and personalised email content that resonates with our diverse audience segments to drive engagement and conversion.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align email campaigns with overall marketing strategies and business goals.
  • Monitor and analyse campaign performance metrics, conduct A/B testing, and derive actionable insights to optimise campaigns for better results.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and new technologies to enhance email marketing effectiveness.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in email marketing, preferably in [specific industry or sector].
  • Proficiency in email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.) and familiarity with marketing automation platforms.
  • Strong understanding of email marketing metrics and analytics to drive data-informed decisions.
  • Excellent copywriting and editing skills with the ability to craft engaging and persuasive content.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality, error-free campaigns.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
