Job Description

Macildowie are working with a leading manufacturing business based in Leicestershire who are looking to recruit an experienced Marketing Manager. With a commitment to innovation, quality, and customer satisfaction, the business has established themselves as a key player in the manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B marketing within the manufacturing sector, with a proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing strategies.


Develop and Implement Marketing Strategies

  • Create and execute comprehensive marketing plans to promote [Your Manufacturing Business Name] products and services
  • Identify and target key customer segments to increase market share and drive revenue grow

Brand Management:

  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and materials.
  • Develop and maintain brand guidelines to uphold the company's image and reputation.

Digital Marketing:

  • Oversee digital marketing initiatives, including website management, SEO, SEM, and social media campaigns.
  • Analyse digital marketing metrics to optimise online presence and lead generation.

Content Development:

  • Collaborate with internal teams to create engaging and informative content for various marketing channels.
  • Develop and manage content for product launches, industry events, and other marketing activities.

Market Research:

  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and opportunities for growth.
  • Stay informed about industry developments and incorporate findings into marketing strategies.

Budget Management:

  • Develop and manage marketing budgets to ensure effective allocation of resources.
  • Track and report on the ROI of marketing initiatives.


  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a Marketing Manager in a manufacturing or B2B environment.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, social media, and content marketing.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to think creatively and strategically, with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Experience with marketing automation tools is a plus.
