Job Profile: As an Internal Sales Representative, your responsibilities will include:

• Handling customer inquiries via phone and email
• Building and managing customer relationships
• Order entry, management, and fulfilment
• Deep understanding of our product range and services
• Providing support to our external sales team
• Sales administration tasks
• Establishing and maintaining supplier relationships
• Assisting in various areas of the business as needed

Ideal Candidate:

• Practically minded with some technical sales experience, preferably in woodworking tooling or similar
• Familiar with woodworking machinery processes (preferred but not essential)
• Adaptable to changing workloads and customer demands
• Well-presented and a team player
• Able to work independently to achieve objectives
