Part Time, £42,000

Thurmaston, Hybrid

Are you an experienced Sales & Marketing Manager seeking a part-time role with flexibility? We have an exciting opportunity for a Sales & Marketing Manager based in Leicester to join our client's established, growing business.

As a Sales & Marketing Manager, you will be a pivotal role in shaping the brand, acquiring new customers, and maximising client relationships.

Key responsibilities:

  • Developing and promoting the brand, creating digital strategies for growth.
  • Identifying, acquiring, and building relationships with new customers.
  • Communicating with existing clients, enhancing retention and repeat business.
  • Developing the selling skills of our operations team.
  • Your time will be allocated across Marketing (10%), New Customer Sales (70%), and Account Management/Team Development (20%).
  • Leading B2B marketing strategies through research, digital campaigns, and industry events.
  • Identifying potential clients through various channels and presenting proposals.
  • Managing the on boarding process for new clients.
  • Monthly and quarterly reporting on sales performance and marketing activities.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • An exceptional communicator proficient in audio and video technologies.
  • Tech-savvy, capable of using multiple sales tools simultaneously.
  • Customer-focused with the ability to articulate our service's value proposition.
  • Results-oriented with a proven track record in B2B sales, minimum 5 years
  • Experience within Marketing is desirable, but not essential.
