Key responsibilities:

• Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research to identify emerging trends, hotspots, and potential areas for our brand

• Networking: Build and maintain strong relationships with local agents, developers, and property owners to source exclusive deals

• Due Diligence: Perform thorough due diligence on potential properties, assessing their investment potential and ensuring they align with our clients' goals

• Negotiation: Negotiate favourable terms with property owners, agents, and other stakeholders to secure the best possible deals

• Deal Structuring: Work closely with our clients and internal teams to structure deals that maximise returns and align with brand strategies

About you:

• Previous experience in property sourcing or real estate for retail/food brands

• Strong understanding of the UK property market

• Excellent negotiation and communication skills

• Proven ability to analyse market trends and identify opportunities

• Self-motivated, driven, and results-oriented
