Amy graduated from the University of Nottingham with a degree in Nursing before transitioning into recruitment, where she now specialises in Public Sector roles across HR, Marketing, and Communications. Her background in healthcare brings a unique, people-first approach to her work, enabling her to build strong, trusted relationships with both clients and candidates.

Passionate about supporting purpose-driven organisations, Amy is committed to delivering a consultative and thoughtful recruitment experience. 

Outside of work, Amy enjoys spending quality time with family and friends, and has a keen interest in wellness, with a particular love for running and pilates.
