I work with newly qualified candidates as they progress their careers through to Finance Manager / Financial Controller level. I work with SMEs to FTSE companies across Nottinghamshire, Derbyshire and Staffordshire.

I offer a consultative approach to both candidates and clients. This is not always about hiring but how companies can retain their staff and improve company culture. I am always on hand to offer CV advice, interview tips and market insights to guide candidates to making the right choice in their move.
