What do you do?

Focusing on mid-level to senior appointments - my job is ‘connecting great people’ by spending time to get to know, understand and meet the needs of both our my clients and candidates. I lead work with the Property, Housing and Development functions of organisations from the public and not for profit sectors including local authorities; housing associations; blue light; universities and charities.

What are you known for?

I work with my clients for those roles that they find hard to recruit directly, or due to their nature are outsourced to a specialist recruiter. I provide an alternative to recruitment portals and generalist managed service providers - I consult on options and solutions; proving 'in person' recruitment services that are fully compliant with procurement regulations and cost effective via the LGRP and CCS frameworks.
