Job Description

We are looking for a reliable part time Lettings Administrator to join our friendly team in Nottingham. This is a part-time position, ideal for someone who is looking for work on Fridays and Saturdays, with a passion for customer service and a strong administrative background.

full time equivalent salary, two days a week.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handling enquiries from potential tenants and landlords
  • Managing property listings and updating databases
  • Assisting with tenancy agreements and other relevant paperwork
  • Organising and coordinating property viewings
  • Providing administrative support to the lettings team
  • Ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
  • Assisting with the smooth running of the office and office systems

Key Skills and Experience:

  • Previous experience in a similar administrative role, preferably within the lettings or property industry
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and property management software (training can be provided)
  • A customer-focused attitude with the ability to work well under pressure
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
