Job Description

Overview:

Our client, a well-established and reputable estate agency, is currently seeking an experienced and highly organised Sales Administrator to join their sales team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills and a background in property or estate agency to play a key role in supporting the sales function of a busy branch.


Role Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to the sales team. Key duties will include:

  • Coordinating the production of property listings, sales memorandums, and marketing materials

  • Liaising with solicitors, surveyors, clients, and other stakeholders to facilitate a smooth sales process

  • Maintaining and updating the internal CRM system with accurate property and client data

  • Ensuring all sales files are fully compliant and complete with relevant documentation

  • Managing incoming calls, emails, and client enquiries in a professional manner

  • Scheduling property viewings, valuations, and appointments

  • Supporting the sales team with reporting, file management, and general office tasks


Candidate Requirements:

  • Previous experience in an administrative role within the property or estate agency sector is highly desirable

  • Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise workloads

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and property management software

  • A proactive, detail-oriented approach and a strong team ethic

  • Understanding of the property sales process and relevant compliance/legal requirements is advantageous


Desirable Qualifications:

  • NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Business Administration or a related field desirable.

  • Experience using industry-specific CRM systems
