Job Title: Customer Adviser
Location: DE74 ( Castle Donnington )
Pay : £13 - £14ph

As a Customer Adviser you will be the main point of contact for customers, ensuring accurate order processing, timely communication, and excellent service. You will liaise with internal departments to meet customer expectations and support continuous service improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
Process customer orders in ERP systems (e.g., SAP)
Handle queries, complaints, and delivery issues
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure on-time delivery
Maintain accurate customer records
General Administration
Skills & Experience:
Customer service or order management experience (FMCG preferred)
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office; SAP experience a plus
Detail-oriented and able to multitask
