Administrator required in NG2
Job title : Category Administrator
Job Location : NG2
Job Salary : £25,000, £28,000 PA ( Based on experience )
Temp to Perm , Hybrid working after first month.
As a Category Administrator, you'll support the Product team to ensure strong availability, accurate data, and efficient stock management. You'll work closely with suppliers and internal teams to manage purchase orders, monitor deliveries, and maintain product data integrity.
Key Responsibilities
- Raise and manage Purchase Orders (POs) in SAP
- Oversee Goods In and stock booking processes
- Liaise with suppliers to ensure on-time deliveries and resolve issues
- Maintain accurate stock and product data across systems (SAP, Proteus, Netalogue)
- Produce and analyse reports to support decision-making
- Support promotional activity and product lifecycle updates
- Assist with new product development and supplier meetings
- Drive process improvements within SAP and purchasing workflows
Skills & Experience:
- Experience in buying, supply chain, or demand planning
- Strong understanding of inventory management
- SAP experience preferred
- Advanced Excel and MS Office skills
- Analytical mindset with strong numeracy
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment
