Job Title: Temporary Administrator
Location: Arnold, Nottinghamshire
Salary: £12.71 per hour
Hours: 15 hours per week, over 3 days
Duration: 4 weeks (starting 5th January, with potential for extension)
Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and proactive Temporary Administrator. This is a part-time role requiring 15 hours per week, spread over 3 days, with an initial duration of 4 weeks starting on 5th January. The role may be extended, depending on the returning employee's progress. This is a great opportunity for an individual with strong administrative skills looking for short-term work in a supportive team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide general administrative support across various departments as needed.
Manage incoming emails, phone calls, and post, ensuring timely responses and appropriate follow-ups.
Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and managing calendars for the team.
Prepare and process documents, including letters, reports, and other administrative paperwork.
Key Requirements:
Previous administrative experience preferred, but not essential.
Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Working Hours:
15 hours per week, spread over 3 days.
