Customer Service Administrator
Loughborough
Permanent | 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday | Office-based
Salary: £25,000 - £26,000 (dependent on experience)

Macildowie are working with this client based in Loughborough to recruit Customer Service Administrators for a well-established organisation operating within the commercial sector. This position will suit an individual who thrives in a customer-focused setting and enjoys balancing administrative duties with direct client interaction.

The Role
As a Customer Service Administrator, you will be responsible for delivering a responsive and professional service to customers across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities will include:

Providing accurate quotations to customers

Processing customer orders efficiently and accurately

Handling customer queries and complaints via email, phone and web chat

Responding to customer reviews in a professional and timely manner

Supporting the wider team with ad hoc administrative tasks

About You:

To be considered, you will demonstrate:

Strong customer service and administration experience

Confidence communicating across multiple platforms

Excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise workload

Strong IT literacy and confidence working with systems

The ability to work effectively under pressure
