Macildowie are working with this client based in Leicester on a fantastic opportunity for a highly organised and proactive Administrator to join a growing organisation
This role would suit a confident and detail-focused individual with prior experience in administration, ideally with exposure to diary coordination, supplier liaison, and basic finance tasks.
The Role:
In this position, you'll be responsible for:
Coordinating diaries and organising meetings
Booking catering and accommodation
Minute taking at internal and external meetings
Request updates and key information
Liaising with suppliers and managing communication effectively
Maintaining accurate data
Supporting invoice checking and basic finance tracking
About You:
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
Strong administrative skills and attention to detail
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
Confidence in managing a variety of stakeholders and tasks
