Receptionist & Administrator
Location: Loughborough
Salary: £27000 - £30000
Type: Full-time / Permanent / Fully Office Based

About the Role

We are working on behalf of a well-established organisation to recruit a professional and organised Receptionist & Administrator. This is a key front-of-house role, ideal for someone who enjoys being the first point of contact while also providing essential administrative support to the wider team.
The successful candidate will be confident, approachable, and highly organised, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced office environment.

Key Responsibilities

Acting as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and callers

Managing a busy reception area and maintaining a professional front-of-house presence

Answering and directing incoming calls and emails efficiently

Managing diaries, meeting rooms, and appointments

Handling incoming and outgoing post and deliveries

Providing general administrative support including filing, data entry, and document preparation

Updating internal systems and databases accurately

Assisting with office coordination and day-to-day operations

Supporting other departments as required

About You

Previous experience in a receptionist, administrator, or similar office-based role

Confident communicator with a friendly and professional manner

Strong organisational and time-management skills

Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)

High attention to detail and ability to prioritise workload

Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently
