Finance Business Partner | Nottinghamshire | £46,000
Macildowie are delighted to be partnering exclusively with a national Charity who following recent changes are expanding their Finance team. This is a brand new role in the structure so offers a great opportunity to put your own stamp on the role and get involved with some exciting projects they have coming up.
Prior charity experience is NOT a requirement, they are instead looking for strong a Management Accountant/ Finance Business Partner with the technical experience in all the key areas below but also with an aptitude to learn, develop and further progress in their careers.
Overview
- Salary £46,000
- Predominantly remote within only one day per month on site
- Study support – fully funded
- Ability to purchase additional annual leave
Reporting into the Senior Finance Business Partner this role will be partnering with a variety of operational teams, leading the preparation of management accounts and providing financial analysis and commentary to support senior management decision making.
They are very keen to develop individuals within these new roles so if you have the fundamental experience at Management Accountant level and are looking for a step up, or to complete your studies and broaden your skillset this could be the opportunity for you.
Requirements
- Ideally studying/ part qualified and wanting to complete your studies (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CIPFA), however open to qualified by experience (QBE) also
- Experience leading the production of management accounts, providing analysis and commentary
- Experience advising and supporting with budgeting and forecasting processes
- Intermediate Excel - comfortable and experienced with Pivots and Lookups on a day to day basis
- Happy with outward facing role working with operational stakeholders as well as being willing to learn and further develop your skillset
- Experience within a medium/ large sized organisation with multiple operational teams and complexity
