Part-Qualified Accountant | Grantham | £35,000–£40,000 + Study Support
Macildowie is recruiting a Part-Qualified Accountant on behalf of a well-established, fast-growing manufacturing business based in Grantham.
This is a rare opportunity to join a young, high-growth entity within a much larger group — one that's scaling quickly and will need to build out its own finance function over the next few years. Get in early and there's a genuine, realistic path from Part-Qualified Accountant through to Management Accountant and beyond.
The role:
- Recording day-to-day financial transactions
- Managing weekly stock-takes across multiple sites
- Bank and credit card reconciliations
- Accounts payable and supplier management
- Inventory control and audit support
- Working closely with the Financial Controller in a hands-on, varied role
What you'll need:
- AAT qualified as a minimum, studying toward CIMA or ACCA
- Experience with stock/inventory processes is highly desirable
- A proactive, confident approach — comfortable working in a fast-paced, operational environment
- Able to commit to 5 days a week on-site
