Finance Business Partner - Up to £50,000 per annum

As they continue to expand their operations, they are seeking a skilled Finance Business Partner to collaborate with their teams and help shape their financial strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate closely with department heads and senior leadership to provide financial insights that drive informed decision-making.

Develop, monitor, and analyze key financial metrics, providing commentary and recommendations to improve business performance.

Lead the budgeting and forecasting processes for assigned business units, ensuring alignment with overall company goals.

Conduct regular financial reviews to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, making proactive recommendations to optimize financial outcomes.

Provide support for business cases, investment proposals, and other strategic initiatives, evaluating their financial feasibility and potential impact.

Assist in the preparation of financial presentations for executive discussions and board meetings.

Maintain a strong understanding of industry trends, regulations, and best practices to inform financial strategies.

Qualifications and Experience:

Strong Excel skills - including pivots, lookups, IFs.

Qualified or finalist ACCA/CIMA

Great stakeholder management skills
