Ross has been in recruitment since 2016, he cut his teeth in Blue collar manufacturing recruitment before joining Macildowie at the start of 2018 to recruit Accounting & Finance in Leicestershire. Ross has progressed through 3 roles during his time so far with Macildowie, he was promoted to Senior in 2020 and Managing consultant in 2021 and now has one direct report Alex Beeby who recruits in Coventry and Warwickshire.

I am a massive sports fan, The main two being Football which I play twice a week and golf which I play once a month. I also enjoy spending time with my young family, I have two sons, Teddy & Arlo.
