Salary: £75,000 - £85,000 + Bonus
A high-profile opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Finance Manager to join one of the UK's most respected businesses, based at their Leicester offices. This is a pivotal role for an ambitious finance professional looking to drive performance in a fast-paced, commercially dynamic environment.
The Role
As Commercial Finance Manager, you will partner with senior leadership across key business units to provide insight, challenge, and strategic support. You'll play a critical role in shaping financial decisions that influence business performance, growth, and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
Business partnering with commercial, operational, and marketing teams
End-to-end ownership of budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning
Delivering insight-led analysis to support strategic decisions and commercial initiatives
Driving margin improvement, cost control, and ROI analysis on major projects
Supporting commercial tenders, pricing strategy, and investment appraisals
Presenting financial performance to senior stakeholders and board-level audiences
Leading, mentoring, and developing junior finance team members
What We're Looking For:
Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with strong post-qualification experience
Proven experience in a commercial finance role within a large, complex organisation
Excellent analytical and modelling skills, with a data-driven mindset
Strong stakeholder management and influencing capability
Confident working in a fast-moving environment with multiple priorities
Proactive, solutions-focused approach with strong business acumen
