Lead monthly reporting and forecasting for lease costs, closely collaborating with cross-functional teams to stay ahead of any changes.
Oversee the lease accounting system, ensuring accurate data, streamlined processes, and effective supplier management.
Prepare financial statements for internal reporting (monthly, half-year, and year-end), supporting the finance team in presenting property lease results.
Prepare clear, concise financial papers for the Board and manage IFRS16-related queries from stakeholders.
Identify areas for process improvement and drive change initiatives to increase efficiency and accuracy.
Manage and mentor one direct report, fostering their professional growth and development.
What We're Looking For:
Qualified Accountant (ACCA or ACA) with strong IFRS16 expertise and a proven background in lease accounting.
A problem solver with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of accuracy.
Tech-savvy, with advanced skills in Excel and familiarity with financial systems and reporting tools.

A commercial mindset, comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders and making an impact on business decisions.
Motivated, proactive, and eager to drive process improvements and deliver value across the finance team.
