We are looking for a motivated and experienced Finance Business Partner to play a crucial role in our clients finance team. As a Finance Business Partner, you will work closely with various departments, providing financial expertise and strategic insights that will contribute to the company's growth and success. You will be responsible for translating financial data into actionable recommendations, collaborating with stakeholders, and supporting the achievement of business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with department heads to understand their financial needs and objectives.
Analyze financial performance, trends, and forecasts to provide actionable insights.
Develop and maintain financial models to support business planning and decision-making.
Monitor key financial indicators and proactively identify opportunities and risks.
Prepare budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses to ensure financial targets are met.
Provide financial support for strategic projects and initiatives, assessing their financial viability.
Partner with cross-functional teams to improve cost efficiency and resource allocation.
Assist in the preparation of management reports and presentations.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of financial processes and procedures.

Qualifications and Experience:

ACCA/CIMA/ACA Qualified though QBE will also be considered
Strong Excel skills - Pivots, Lookups, IFs, etc.
Experience working in a similar role
