Role and Responsibilities: As an end-to-end Bookkeeper, you will play a vital role in maintaining the financial records and ensuring the smooth operation of all financial processes. Your responsibilities will include:

• Recording day-to-day financial transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Managing accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
• Reconciling bank statements and ensuring accuracy of financial data.
• Preparing and processing invoices and expense reports.
• Maintaining accurate records of financial transactions and updating ledgers.
• Assisting in the preparation of financial reports and statements.
• Collaborating with the management team to ensure financial compliance.
• Contributing to the improvement of financial processes and systems.

Qualifications and Skills: To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:

• Previous experience as a Bookkeeper or similar role.
• Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
• Basic understanding of financial regulations and standards.
• Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
• A self-starter who can work independently with minimal supervision.
• Familiarity with haulage or transportation industry is a plus, but not required.
