  • Ensuring precision and efficiency in billing processes
  • Upholding compliance with HMRC and internal policies
  • Meeting finance SLAs for accuracy and turnaround times
  • Addressing client and internal queries professionally
  • Providing team support as required
  • Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement in the billing process

  • Gathering all necessary information for bill calculations
  • Verifying data accuracy within the accounting system
  • Issuing invoices and bills through various channels
  • Facilitating new client and job on boarding
  • Managing time recording, including time sheet follow-up and reporting
  • Assisting in monitoring missing information for new jobs and clients
