As a Finance Business Partner, you will play a key role in driving financial performance and providing strategic insight to support decision-making across the organisation. This role is ideal for a finance professional who thrives in a collaborative environment and possesses a strong business acumen.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct in-depth financial analysis to provide insights into business performance.

Prepare accurate and timely financial reports for management, highlighting key trends and variances.

Collaborate with department heads to develop annual budgets and forecasts.

Monitor financial performance against budgets, providing proactive recommendations for improvement.

Work closely with key stakeholders to understand business goals and challenges.

Provide financial expertise and support to assist in decision-making processes.

Develop and monitor key performance indicators to measure and track financial performance.

Identify areas for improvement and work with teams to implement changes.

The successful candidate will be/have:

ACCA/CIMA Qualified with a good Management Accounting skillset.

Proven experience as a Finance Business Partner or Management Accountant.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
