We're on the lookout for an Assistant Management Accountant to support a growing Finance team during a period of change. This is a temporary role initially, but for the right candidate, there's potential for a permanent position in the team.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Helping the Management Accountant with financial analysis, budgeting, and cost allocation.
• Assisting the finance team with accurate month-end and year-end processes.
• Making sure balance sheets are spot-on by assisting with reconciliations and supporting schedules.
• Maintaining record keeping with required documentation.
• Helping to keen sales/purchase data up-to-date for precise cost tracking.
• Reporting on expenses, comparing them to budgets and forecasts.
• Getting involved in ad hoc projects to enhance our financial processes and efficiency.

What You'll Bring:

• Previous experience in a manufacturing business would be ideal.
• Enthusiasm for numbers and finance.
• A "can-do" attitude to tackle a variety of financial challenges.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with different teams.
• The ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
