Company Overview:
Join a dynamic and growing company based in North Leicester, boasting a circa £50 million turnover. They are a leader in their industry, committed to innovation, excellence, and sustainable growth. As part of their expansion plans, they're are seeking a talented Finance Manager to join their team.

Position Overview:
As the Finance Manager, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Finance Director and number 1 in finance in the UK. You will be responsible for the end to end Management and Financial accounting responsibilities for one business unit, as well as coaching and mentoring more junior team members.

Key Responsibilities:

Training/Mentoring of the ledger junior management accounts teams
Daily Credit control & Cash Review
Payment Preparation & Banking inc FX hedging
Production of Monthly Management accounts Pack
Financial inventory Management & ownership of stock taking process
Calculation and processing of all journals; Prepayments, Accruals, Payroll, Capex, Revaluations etc
Maintenance of all Balance sheet and P&L Analysis & Reconciliations
VAT Returns
Board Pack & Management Report preparation with commentary
Consolidation of Monthly results into Group software
Additional Group reporting as required
Management of both group & external audits & compliance
Insurances Management
Maintaining accurate records in our local accounting package

You will be/have:
ACCA/CIMA/ACA Or qualified by experience also considered.
Proven experience in a similar finance role, preferably within a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
