We are searching for a highly skilled Finance Manager to join our industry leading client and take the lead in managing our stock operations. The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring accurate inventory management, optimising stock levels, and implementing efficient processes to support our business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all aspects of stock management, including inventory control, purchasing, and forecasting.

Develop and implement strategies to optimise stock levels and minimise excess or obsolete inventory.

Monitor stock movements, analyse trends, and provide insights to inform decision-making and improve performance.

Collaborate with the procurement team to negotiate favourable terms with suppliers and ensure timely delivery of stock.

Lead the development and implementation of inventory management systems and procedures to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Prepare regular reports and analysis on stock performance, highlighting key metrics and areas for improvement.

Work closely with other departments, such as sales and operations, to ensure alignment of stock management activities with business objectives.

Qualifications:

ACCA/CIMA or ACA Fully Qualified.

Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Excel.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities with attention to detail.
