Payroll Administrator - Leicester
Salary: £30,000-£35,000
Employment Type: Permanent
Working Arrangement: Office-based, with potential for a 4-day week
Macildowie are working with this client based in Leicester.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Payroll Administrator to join a leading manufacturer in the construction sector. With a workforce of approximately 290 employees, the company is seeking a confident and capable individual to manage their fortnightly payroll operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and process the company's fortnightly payroll using Sage Payroll
Manage time and attendance systems to ensure accurate data collection
Liaise with HR and finance departments to ensure seamless payroll integration
Maintain compliance with current payroll legislation and best practices
Candidate Profile:
Proven experience in payroll administration
Strong understanding of payroll systems and processes
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
Working Hours:
Full-time, 5 days a week
Consideration for a 4-day week for the right candidate
