Finance / Commercial Analyst | £40,000 - £50,000 | Newark | Hybrid Working (2 Days WFH)

The Role:
- Work cross-functionally between Finance and Commercial teams to deliver data-led insights.
- Prepare and visualise reports using PowerBI and Excel, helping to inform key strategic decisions.
- Analyse customer trends, pricing strategies, product performance, and commercial deals.
- Present financial and commercial insights to a range of stakeholders in a clear, accessible format.
- Support business performance tracking across multiple markets.
- Enjoy the freedom to work independently, contributing ideas and improvements across the business.
Who We're Looking For:
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and PowerBI (SQL/Python knowledge a bonus).
- Experience in finance, FP&A, or commercial/data-heavy analysis roles.
- Ability to present complex data to both finance and non-finance audiences.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and comfortable working across departments.
The Package:
- Salary of £40,000 - £45,000 (depending on experience)
- Annual bonus paid across the year
- Hybrid Working (2-3 days office-based)
