Management Accountant | £40,000 - £45,000 + Study Support | Mansfield | Hybrid
Are you a part-qualified accountant looking for a role where you can take real ownership and grow alongside the business? This is a fantastic opportunity to join a thriving East Midlands manufacturer that's recently gone through a period of growth and investment.
This role sits within a close-knit finance team, supporting a commercially aware leadership group. You'll be working directly with the Finance Manager and wider senior team, taking ownership of key monthly reporting tasks while gaining exposure to a broad range of financial processes and decision-making.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Month-end accounts prep and routine financial reporting
- Balance sheet, bank, and fixed asset reconciliations
- Supporting budgeting, forecasting and cash flow reporting
- Reviewing debtors/creditors and checking payroll accuracy
- VAT and other tax submissions
- Helping improve processes and controls
- Providing cover for the Finance Manager
Who You'll Be:
- AAT qualified or part-qualified ACCA/CIMA
- Experienced in management accounts with strong Excel and reconciliation skills
- Commercially aware, organised, and confident dealing with senior stakeholders
- Keen to grow your experience and take on more responsibility over time
