We're currently looking for a Finance Analyst to support our client based in Wellingborough. You will be involved in strategic decision-making and deliver insightful financial reporting.
As a Finance Analyst, you'll play a key role in analysing performance, forecasting future outcomes, and partnering with key stakeholders to drive financial success. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong analytical skills and commercial awareness looking to progress their finance career.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver regular financial reports, KPIs, and dashboards
- Partner with department heads to analyse performance and provide strategic insights
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Support month-end and year-end close processes
- Use tools like Excel, Power BI, and ERP systems to extract and visualise data
Experience:
- Part-qualified (CIMA/ACCA/ACA)
- Experience in a financial or commercial analyst role
- Strong Excel skills; experience with BI tools and ERP systems is a plus
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- A proactive and problem-solving mindset
