Credit Control & Accounts Administrator
Location: Syston
Type: Temporary (with potential to become permanent)
Hourly Rate: Up to £15 per hour
Start Date: ASAP
Macildowie are working with a well-established and people-focused business based in Syston, who are looking for an experienced Credit Control & Accounts Administrator to join their finance team on a temporary basis, with the potential to become permanent for the right candidate.
This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone who can hit the ground running and support the business through a busy period. You'll be joining a supportive, collaborative team in a well-run organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
Reconciliation of customer accounts and accurate allocation of payments
Liaising with customers by phone and email to obtain remittance advice
Requesting purchase orders and assisting with PO planning for the upcoming financial year
Supporting customer data capture and cleansing
Assisting with minor write-offs and other ad-hoc finance admin
What We're Looking For:
Minimum 3 years' experience in credit control or a finance admin role
Sage experience is essential
Confident communicator, both over the phone and via email
Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage your own workload
A flexible, team-oriented approach
Additional Information:
Office-based role, Monday to Friday
On-site parking available
