Management Accountant Rugby
Up to £50,000 per annum + Benefits

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a multi-entity organisation experiencing sustained growth across several revenue-generating units. As the business continues to expand, we're strengthening their finance team with a talented, motivated professional who wants genuine ownership and variety.

Reporting directly to the Financial Controller, you'll be a key figure in operational financetrusted to deliver accurate reporting, support decision-making, and help build a robust financial framework as the business evolves. If you enjoy being at the centre of the action, influencing change and getting under the skin of the numbers, this role will suit you perfectly.


What You'll Be Doing
Producing monthly management accounts and insightful analysis that drives business decisions.
Leading month-end processes, journals, reconciliations and variance analysis.
Delivering weekly dashboards, performance reporting and 13-week cashflow forecasts.
Owning the integrity of sales and purchase ledgers and supporting invoice processing.
Overseeing aged debt, credit control and external funding partner reporting.
Supervising payroll activity and ensuring compliance across HR records.
Supporting budgeting, forecasting and building financial models for commercial discussions.
Preparing VAT returns and assisting with audits and tax packs.
Working closely with the Financial Controller on continuous improvement and high-impact projects.


What We're Looking For
Part-qualified, finalist or qualified ACCA / CIMA QBE also welcomed with relevant experience.
Strong management accounting background with the confidence to challenge, question and influence.
Excellent communicator able to work effectively with both finance and non-finance teams.
Highly organised, detail-driven and comfortable juggling multiple priorities.
Strong analytical skills and advanced Excel capability.
Someone enthusiastic about improving processes, strengthening controls and supporting growth.
