Based in the West Midlands, our client is looking for a recruitment professional with experience in recruiting roles within the logistics sector who will be able to work in a highly demanding and fast paced environment.

If successful you will be:

• Posting job adverts
• Managing and reviewing responses and CV sifting
• Pre-screening candidates
• Pro-actively sourcing for vacancies
• Headhunting passive candidates

Ideal skills required for the role include:

• Experience in logistics recruitment
• Being customer focused - understanding the importance of getting the right people into the right roles
• Used to working in a fast-paced environment
• Work well with and support the wider recruitment team
