Head of Reward - EMEA
Location: Flexible UK or EMEA location (with hybrid working)
Contract: Permanent
Salary: Competitive package including bonus and benefits

We're working with a global leader in the industrial and distribution sector to recruit a Head of Reward. This is a high-impact opportunity for an experienced reward professional to take ownership of reward strategy and operations across the EMEA region.

You'll lead on the delivery of reward and benefits frameworks, with a strong focus on sales incentive design, and collaborate closely with regional and global stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and deliver reward and benefits strategies across EMEA
  • Design and manage sales incentive schemes
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders to align reward with commercial goals
  • Provide operational support during peak periods - this is a hands-on role
  • Influence and support decision-making at a senior, strategic level

Candidate Profile:

  • Experienced in delivering reward across multiple EMEA countries
  • Demonstrated expertise in sales incentive design (essential)
  • Strong balance of strategic thinking and operational delivery
  • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
  • Ideally multilingual or experienced in multicultural environments
  • Comfortable working in complex, matrixed global organisations

Package Overview:

  • Competitive base salary
  • Bonus potential up to 30%
  • Car allowance of £5,100
  • Private medical insurance including family cover
  • Pension contributions up to 10.5% employer (based on employee input)
  • 27 days holiday plus bank holidays, with option to buy or sell leave
  • Flexible hybrid working (UK or key EMEA regions)

International Considerations:

The business is open to hiring in Italy, Spain, France, or Germany, where employing entities exist. Occasional travel to the UK may be required.
