Talent Acquisition Partner
Job Description
Talent Acquisition Partner
Location: Hybrid (flexibility to travel to Midlands sites as needed)
Salary: £40-45k + Car Allowance
Contract: 12 Month FTC
Are you an experienced recruiter ready to step into a strategic, people-focused role within a thriving and fast-paced business? We're working with a high-growth organisation to find a confident and capable Talent Acquisition Partner who can lead from the front, influence senior stakeholders, and develop talent strategies that genuinely make an impact.
This role would suit someone who's passionate about recruitment, thrives in a collaborative environment, and has experience managing high-volume, end-to-end hiring - ideally with some team oversight experience too.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Partner with senior leaders and HR to understand workforce needs and build targeted hiring strategies.
- Take the lead on recruitment campaigns across a key business area - from volume roles to exec-level appointments.
- Manage and develop a small team of recruitment advisors, supporting their growth and performance.
- Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers - coaching, challenging, and ensuring a great candidate and stakeholder experience.
- Drive continuous improvement by reviewing current practices and recommending more effective recruitment solutions.
- Represent the recruitment function onsite with regular travel to build relationships and stay close to the heartbeat of the operation.
What You'll Bring:
- Solid experience in recruitment (either in-house or agency-side), with a good understanding of what makes great talent acquisition tick.
- Confidence using direct sourcing tools like LinkedIn and job boards - and the creativity to go beyond them.
- Comfortable managing multiple roles at once while maintaining strong attention to detail and service quality.
- Ability to build credible relationships across all levels of a business - you'll be working with senior leaders regularly.
- Previous experience leading or mentoring others in a recruitment setting is ideal.
- Bonus points for CIPD or exposure to psychometric tools - but not essential.
Why This Role?
This is a brilliant opportunity to step into a highly visible position where your voice matters. You'll shape hiring strategies, mentor others, and influence how recruitment is delivered across a well-established, people-driven business.
If you're ready for a new challenge in talent acquisition with genuine scope to grow, we'd love to hear from you.
