Job Description

Internal Recruitment Manager

On site in Nottingham

£35,000 - £45,000 - Dependant on Experience

Are you a people-focused Recruitment Manager who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment? This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of an in-house recruitment function, leading a small team and driving a proactive, strategic approach to talent attraction.

As the Recruitment Manager, you'll play a key role in shaping the organisation's recruitment strategy - partnering with managers across multiple sites to deliver exceptional hiring outcomes. You'll be supported by a collaborative HR team and have the scope to innovate, improve processes, and make a real impact.

What you will be doing:

  • Leading and coaching a small in-house recruitment team.
  • Partnering with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop effective recruitment plans.
  • Overseeing the full recruitment lifecycle, from attraction and assessment to onboarding.
  • Driving direct sourcing strategies and building strong talent pipelines.
  • Using data and insight to track performance and inform future recruitment activity.
  • Championing the employer brand and delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
  • Managing relationships with selected external agencies where needed.

What we're looking for:

  • Proven experience in an in-house or RPO recruitment management role.
  • A hands-on leader with strong stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience in high-volume or fast-paced recruitment environments.
  • CIPD Level 5 (or equivalent experience) preferred.
  • A creative approach to talent attraction and employer branding.

What's in it for you?

You'll join a progressive, people-driven business that values innovation, collaboration, and professional growth.

Benefits include 24 days holiday plus bank holidays (with options to buy more), an extra day off for your birthday, enhanced family leave, and a range of wellbeing and recognition schemes.

If you're ready to take the lead in shaping an ambitious recruitment function and driving real results, I would love to hear from you.
