Macildowie are working with a growing and highly successful manufacturing business is seeking a Senior HR Advisor to join a relatively new HR team and support a fast-paced, operational workforce.

This is a hands-on role with significant exposure to employee relations, manager coaching and HR project work, ideal for someone who enjoys being close to the business and visible on site.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing a high volume of employee relations cases, including complex issues
• Coaching and partnering line managers on people matters
• Supporting recruitment through coordination and process management
• Contributing to ad-hoc HR projects and continuous improvement activity
• Using an established HRIS

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in an HR Advisor, Senior HR Advisor or business partner role
• Strong working knowledge of employment law
• Confidence operating in a manufacturing or high-pace environment
• Ability to balance multiple priorities and remain resilient under pressure
• CIPD qualification (or working towards) preferred
