up to £45,000
Monday to Friday, 09:00 - 17:00
Hybrid, Northampton

Macildowie are working exclusively with a leading retail business in Northampton to recruit a Partner Marketer for an exciting opportunity.

Supporting the Partner Marketing Manager, you'll play a key role in delivering engaging co-marketing campaigns, retail activations and partner marketing initiatives across the UK & Ireland. You'll work closely with internal teams, external agencies and retail partners to ensure campaigns are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest standard, helping to strengthen partner relationships and drive brand performance.

The Role

As Partner Marketer, you'll be responsible for coordinating a broad range of marketing activities, including:

  • Supporting the planning and delivery of co-marketing campaigns across retail and trade partners.
  • Coordinating point of sale (POS) materials, promotional campaigns and in-store activations.
  • Managing campaign timelines, project trackers and marketing calendars.
  • Briefing creative and production teams while overseeing approvals and asset delivery.
  • Supporting retail partners with day-to-day marketing requests, promotional assets and product content.
  • Coordinating internal communications to keep cross-functional teams informed of upcoming campaigns.
  • Assisting with campaign reporting, budget tracking and purchase order management.
  • Supporting new product launches by preparing partner toolkits and sales enablement materials.

About You

We're looking for someone who enjoys bringing projects together and thrives in a collaborative environment. You'll be highly organised, proactive and confident managing multiple priorities while building strong relationships with both internal stakeholders and external partners.

You'll ideally have:

  • Previous experience in a marketing coordination, channel marketing or trade marketing role.
  • Experience delivering marketing campaigns across retail or partner channels.
  • Strong project management and organisational skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Experience coordinating POS materials, promotional activity or in-store marketing.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
  • A marketing or business-related qualification would be advantageous.
