The Opportunity
As Principal Surveyor, you will play a key role in delivering strategic property and estates management services across a diverse portfolio including commercial, operational, educational, community and residential assets.
Working within an experienced Estates team, you will provide professional advice across a broad range of estates activities including landlord & tenant; acquisition & disposal and valuation work
You’ll be working for an organisation that blends a stimulating working environment with a strong work life balance culture
About You
You’ll be a Chartered Surveyor with Registered Valuer status – experience of working with a public sector environment is desirable whether in a previous client side or consultancy role
Specific experience of valuations and estates management is key along with clear understanding of RICS valuation standards and associated legislation
The role is suitable for an individual who is currently working as a Principal Surveyor or for someone who has been working as a Senior Surveyor and is looking to ‘step up’ in their next role
