Interim Capital Projects Manager - Minor Works (Local Authority Corporate Property)
- Interim role – 6 Months- East Midlands Local Authority
- Hybrid Working (3 days in office / project based)
- Indicative day rate £350 - £400 umbrella
- Start early June
I’m delighted to be resourcing this interim role for one of my regular East Midlands local authority customers in the East Midlands
The role is start early June for an initial six month period working within the corporate property team with responsibility for minor works project of up to £100k in value
Reporting to the local authority managers, you’ll be working 3 days per week at the council offices and visiting projects and 2 days working from home
Key requirements including managing contractor performance, project planning and budget management, overseeing compliance and health & safety obligations
Ideal for an individual with a construction project management or clerk of works background with experience of working on public sector or local authority projects
