The role has been created due to a retirement - my client is a progressive District Council in the North Midlands and are looking to recruit a permanent Principal Estates Surveyor to lead the estates and valuation activity
You'll be an RICS chartered surveyor with a general practice and asset management background looking for your next opportunity. This role would be ideal for an individual already working in a client side role or for someone looking to make the transfer from consultancy
There is a diversity of workloads and projects including providing expert property advice to the councils ambitious town centre regeneration projects
This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious individual that offers a strong work - life balance, with salary up to £48000 (pending review), with a excellent local government pension and generous holiday allowance
