This is a newly created position to act as the primary point of contact for school and education projects across planned and major works programmes in Birmingham

Key duties include;

• Primary point of contact for the Educational clients for Planned and Major Works projects
• Leading end-to-end delivery from site due diligence, design management and planning, through to procurement, construction and handover
• Responsible for strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, resource management, risk mitigation and performance tracking
• Matrix management of cross functional teams
• Key stakeholder in developing future opportunities scoping new projects and supporting proposals

What You'll Bring

• Strong technical expertise in construction and property
• Experience in project management - delivering complex, multi-stakeholder client projects on time and within budget
• Passionate around customer service, delivery and innovation
• Strong communication and relationship management skills across operational and senior management colleagues
• Deep understanding of project governance, risk management and financial oversight
