Macildowie are partnering with Acivico to recruit a Head of Education Client Team, a senior leadership role at the forefront of delivering complex, client-facing education projects.

The Opportunity

This is a high-profile role where you'll:

  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of major development projects
  • Act as the key relationship lead for the education client
  • Oversee multidisciplinary teams across project management, surveying and engineering on a matrix management basis
  • Drive performance, quality, and value across a diverse project portfolio
  • Play a key role in shaping strategy, improving delivery, and identifying growth opportunities

You'll operate as a trusted partner to the client - embedded in their environment, influencing decisions and ensuring projects deliver real impact.

About You

You'll bring:

  • Significant experience delivering complex construction or development projects
  • A strong track record of leading teams and managing stakeholders at a senior level
  • Commercial awareness and confidence managing budgets, risk and programme delivery
  • A client-focused mindset with the ability to build trusted relationships
  • Ideally, experience within the public sector or education projects
