Salary - £55,000

About the Role:

As Head of Property, you will:

  • Lead the Property Services team – repairs & maintenance, planned worked and capital programmes
  • Be responsible for compliance, property standards and regulation
  • Develop and deliver the YMCA Derbyshire sustainability strategy
  • Be a key stakeholder in the new homes development programme and delivery
  • Provide financial oversight, governance, and strategic direction as part of the Senior Leadership Team

About you:

You'll be an experience property or built environment professional:

  • A strategic thinker who can develop and delivery clear, actionable plans
  • Proven experience managing a diverse property portfolio
  • Understanding of regulation, development viability, risk, and value for money
  • A confident and collaborative leader with senior-level experience
  • Passionate about sustainability, social impact, and community-focused development
